Job Description
A fast-growing organization in the consumer / financial services ecosystem is looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager to own and scale business with Regional Large Format Retailers (RLFRs).This role is for professionals who thrive in unstructured environments, enjoy end-to-end account ownership, and can drive volume, visibility, and execution excellence through strong retail partnerships. Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end ownership of assigned Regional Large Format Retailer (RLFR) accounts- Build and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with key retail partners- Drive value and volume sales targets across product mix- Ensure product availability, visibility, and superior in-store execution- Identify market gaps, competitive challenges, and design effective, scalable solutions- Plan and execute territory expansion and incremental business opportunities- Lead, coach, and motivate front-line sales teams to deliver consistent performance- Execute strategies with speed, precision, and high-quality standards Ideal Candidate Profile:- 8-12 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, retail management, or key account handling- Strong exposure to Large / Regional Format Retailers (RLFRs)- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market expansion- Hands-on experience in team leadership and sales execution- Background in handsets, consumer durables, or financial services preferred- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills- MBA or Graduate with strong academic credentials- Highly self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable in startup / high-growth environments (ref:updazz.com)
