Job Description:We are hiring an Export Sales Manager to drive business growth in the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain). The role involves developing new markets, managing key accounts, and handling complete export sales operations for industrial products.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute export sales strategies for GCC markets- Identify and onboard distributors, EPC companies, and end customers- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, order closure- Handle export documentation (Invoices, BL, COO, LC, Incoterms, customs clearance)- Conduct customer visits and business development trips to GCC countries- Participate in trade exhibitions and industry events- Build strong relationships with industrial and B2B clients- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product customization, and logistics- Track market trends, competition, and sales performance Candidate Profile:- 3-8 years of experience in export sales (GCC/Middle East mandatory)- Experience in industrial equipment / machinery / electrical products- Strong knowledge of export procedures, LC, Incoterms & logistics- Exposure to B2B sales, distributors, EPC & industrial clients- Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)- Excellent communication & negotiation skills- Willingness to travel frequently to GCC Preferred Industry Background:- Industrial equipment / machinery- Electrical & automation products- Pipes, welding, motors, transformers, or similar Why Join Us?- Opportunity to handle international markets- High growth industrial business- Strategic role with strong leadership exposure (ref:updazz.com)
