Trusted by over 500 families and backed by seasoned professionals, WealthTrust combines deep market insights with tailored solutions to support clients at every stage of their financial journey.Role OverviewWe are looking for a client-centric Wealth Manager / Financial Planner to work with HNI clients, deliver holistic financial planning, and support business growth. The role combines financial planning expertise, relationship management, and advisory-led business development.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Financial Planning- Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, insurance, tax, and goal-based planning.- Conduct client discovery meetings to understand goals, risk profile, and cash flows.- Recommend suitable investment strategies across mutual funds, PMS/AIFs (if applicable), insurance, fixed income, and alternatives.- Review portfolios periodically and rebalance based on market conditions and client objectives.- Ensure high standards of documentation, suitability, and compliance.Relationship Management :- Manage a defined book of HNI clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term engagement.- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients and their families.- Coordinate with internal teams (research, operations, execution) for smooth client servicing.Business Development & Growth :- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base.- Convert client referrals and leads provided by the firm.- Participate in client events, workshops, and knowledge sessions.- Contribute to AUM and revenue growth targets in an advisory-first manner.Desired Skills & Competencies :- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and asset allocation.- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, client-friendly language.- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ethical, process-driven, and client-first mindset.- Comfortable working with targets while maintaining advisory integrity.- Proficient with MS Excel, PPT, and CRM / wealth management tools.Ideal Candidate Profile :- 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, or advisory firms.- CFP- / CWM- certified or actively pursuing.- Experience handling HNI / affluent clients preferred.- Passionate about long-term advisory rather than product pushing.- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.What We Offer :- Opportunity to work with a reputed wealth management platform.- Access to HNI clients and quality leads.- Clear career progression to Senior Wealth Manager / Relationship Head.- Competitive fixed pay performance-linked incentives.- Continuous learning, certifications support, and mentoring.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: - 25,000.00 - 80,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceWork Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
