Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor to join our growth team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing high-conversion performance marketing ads and engaging short-form social content.Key Responsibilities:- Edit high-conversion performance marketing ads for digital platforms- Create engaging short-form social content including:- Instagram Reels & Shorts- Founder videos- Testimonials- Behind-the-scenes and brand journey stories- Collaborate closely with the growth and marketing teams to test, iterate, and optimize video creatives- Maintain strong storytelling through hooks, pacing, sound design, and visual flow- Work in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy startup environmentRequired Skills & Experience:- 3 years of professional video editing experience- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory)- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro- Hands-on experience with performance ads and short-form social videos- Strong sense of storytelling, visual rhythm, and attention to detail- Comfortable working with tight timelines and rapid feedback loops (ref:updazz.com)
