You will work closely with the marketing and solutions teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and present compelling solutions that address their specific learning and development needs. This role is crucial in expanding NR Ventures market share and establishing the company as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to invest in their workforce.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their learning and development challenges and objectives.- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of NR Ventures solutions.- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and forecast future sales.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within the IT Sales or Learning and Development sector.- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Adaptable to working in a field sales role covering the assigned territory.
