This role is ideal for MBA freshers who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers to promote Muditam Ayurveda s products - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Achieve assigned sales targets through effective pitching and follow-ups - Conduct product presentations and clearly explain product benefits - Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups - Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities - Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Key Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - MBA qualification (Sales & Marketing preferred) - 0-2 years of experience in sales (experience in Healthcare/Ayurveda is an added advantage) - MBA Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel locally, if required - Immediate availability to join What We Offer - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Clear career growth and learning opportunities - Hands-on exposure in a growing wellness startup - A supportive, energetic, and growth-driven work environment (ref:updazz.com)
