Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will own the end-to-end lead generation process at Prequate. This is a high-ownership role that requires comfort with first-level objections, the ability to think on your feet, and the maturity to engage senior decision-makers in meaningful conversations.Key Responsibilities- Own Prequate s lead generation pipeline across outbound channels- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers- Execute high-quality outbound communication in English- Initiate first conversations and handle common first-level objections- Engage prospects with context-led responses- Qualify leads and assess fit, intent, and timing- Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups- Collaborate with leadership to refine objection-handling playbooks- Represent Prequate with professionalism and confidenceRequired Skills & Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Demonstrated ability to handle objections calmly and professionally- Strong listening and value-articulation skills- High ownership mindset and accountability- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makersPreferred (Good to Have)- Exposure to B2B lead generation or consulting- Experience with live prospect conversations- Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools- Interest in business strategy and financeWhat This Role Is (and Isn t)- This role is ownership-driven, conversation-led, and focused on quality.- This role is not a call-center or hard-selling role.Why Join Prequate- Exposure to founders and CXOs- Opportunity to build a core growth function- Steep learning curve in consulting and B2B sales (ref:updazz.com)
