As we scale, we are looking for high-ownership builders who can design and execute growth systems end-to-end.Role Overview:We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to own and scale Travel VIP s customer growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.This role requires deep understanding of travel customer journeys, booking funnels, loyalty behavior, and repeat usage patterns. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation, translating insights into measurable business impact.You will take end-to-end ownership of growth initiatives with clear deliverables across:- Brand Visibility- Transaction Growth- Member Growth & RetentionKey Responsibilities- Design and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across channels.- Analyze and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels using the AARRR framework, improving conversion from awareness to loyalty.- Plan, run, and evaluate A/B tests, landing pages, and campaign experiments to improve conversion rates.- Partner closely with Product, Sourcing, Technology, and Design teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and funnel efficiency.- Identify, test, and scale high-impact growth channels including performance marketing, referrals, email, SEO/ASO, partnerships, and affiliates.- Use analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker to derive insights and drive data-backed decisions.- Build and communicate customer narratives that enhance engagement loops and brand affinity.- Own the experiment pipeline, document learnings, and present structured insights to stakeholders.- Collaborate with CRM and loyalty teams to improve repeat purchase rates, engagement metrics, and customer lifetime value (LTV).Key Skills & Requirements- 3 years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in the travel domain.- Strong experience in funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and experimentation.- Hands-on expertise in data analysis, cohort analysis, and hypothesis-driven testing.- Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, HubSpot, etc.).- Solid understanding of travel booking behavior, customer segmentation, and retention levers.- Strong analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling stories.Good to Have:- Prior experience in a B2C travel, loyalty-tech, or consumer subscription startup.- Exposure to UX optimization, growth loops, and experimentation frameworks.- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing within the travel ecosystem.Why Join Travel VIP:- Opportunity to build and own the growth function from the ground up.- High visibility role with direct impact on revenue, retention, and member growth.- Work closely with leadership, product, and tech teams in a fast-scaling travel platform.- Chance to shape a loyalty-driven travel brand with long-term customer value at its core.
