You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing market share, driving customer acquisition, and solidifying our position as a leader in the retail SaaS space.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the Bangalore region.- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.- Collaborate with product marketing to refine sales messaging and develop targeted campaigns.- Work closely with sales operations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate sales forecasting.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.- Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights into performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales operations processes.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.- Experience in product marketing, contributing to the development of sales collateral and messaging.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
