They partner with over 100 fashion and lifestyle brands to deliver high-quality imaging and content for e-commerce and digital platforms.They have a team of 22 creative professionals includes Creative Directors, Photographers, Cinematographers, Stylists, Editors, and Production Specialists - supported by end-to-end infrastructure and equipment under one roof.Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive campaign excellence, and grow assigned accounts. This role acts as the bridge between clients and internal creative, digital, media, and production teams - ensuring high-quality delivery, strong commercial outcomes, and long-term partnerships.This is a high-ownership, client-facing role ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, closing deals, and building relationships in a creative business environment.Client Leadership & Relationship Management:- Own end-to-end client relationships for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted business partner.- Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, target audiences, and marketing goals.- Proactively manage expectations, scope, timelines, and deliverables.Account Growth & Revenue Management:- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.- Drive incremental revenue through new campaigns, retainers, and long-term engagements.- Support new business pitches, proposal development, and capability presentations.- Track account profitability, utilization, and cost efficiencies.- Minimum 1 year experience in client servicing / account management / Business Development:- Advertising agencies- Content production studios- Media / digital agencies- E-commerce platforms- Fashion or lifestyle industry- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
