Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to handle sales operations in the assigned territory. The role involves managing a sales team, growing the customer base, and achieving sales targets while strengthening market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and drive sales performance in the assigned area- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives/officers- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and key customers- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets- Plan and monitor field activities and coverage- Execute sales promotions and market development plans- Track market trends and competitor activities- Ensure proper stock availability, billing, and collections- Prepare sales reports and share insights with managementEligibility & Requirements:- Graduation mandatory- 2-6 years of experience in sales, including team handling- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills- Experience in FMCG / B2B / Channel Sales preferred- Willingness to travel within the assigned territorySalary & Benefits: - salary 4.00 LPA - Performance-based incentives- Career growth opportunitiesApply Now : 8200267060 | Drashti (ref:updazz.com)
