Solar Sales Executive Location: DelhiExperience: 6 Months - 4 YearsIndustry: Solar EnergyQualification: BBA / MBA / Diploma in Solar EnergyJob Description:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Solar Sales Executive with hands-on experience in solar sales to generate leads, acquire clients, and close Solar EPC projects.Key Responsibilities:- Generate and close leads for Solar Rooftop projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).- Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and coordinate with engineering teams.- Educate customers on solar solutions, ROI, MNRE subsidies, and net metering.- Prepare quotations and detailed proposals.- Negotiate contracts and close deals as per company policies.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate sales data and submit regular reports.- Coordinate with installation, operations, and finance teams for smooth project execution.- Stay updated on MNRE guidelines, state policies, and solar market trends.Skills & Competencies:- Proven experience in solar sales (Rooftop preferred).- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.- Good knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and mounting structures.- Ability to manage clients independently from lead generation to closure.- Willingness to travel locally for site surveys and client meetings.Note:- Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry preferred.- Rooftop solar project sales experience is a strong advantage.- B2B sales exposure is desirable.
