Job Description
Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager - AI to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Antier s AI solutions.The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, running discovery conversations, and converting business challenges into AI solution engagements. You will work closely with solution architects and technical teams during pre-sales and proposal stages.Key Responsibilities:Opportunity Generation:- Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and industries adopting AI- Prospect startups, funded companies, SaaS platforms, and enterprises- Generate leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, events, networking)- Identify and reach key stakeholders (CTO, Head of Product, Innovation, Operations leaders)Consultative Selling:- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges- Translate business requirements into AI solution opportunities- Present Antier s AI capabilities and use-cases to clients- Coordinate with technical teams for solutioning and effort estimation- Prepare tailored proposals, capability decks, and commercial discussionsPipeline & Revenue Management:- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline- Negotiate commercials and close deals- Maintain CRM updates and reporting discipline- Forecast revenue and present progress to leadership- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targetsClient Relationship Management:- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities- Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales and onboarding- Ensure a smooth handover to delivery teamsMarket Awareness:- Stay updated with trends in Generative AI, automation, and enterprise adoption- Monitor competitor offerings and market positioning- Provide feedback to marketing for campaigns and messagingPreferred Skill Sets:- 4-6 years experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting sales- Experience selling AI, Data, SaaS, Cloud, Automation, or Product Engineering services- Strong understanding of Generative AI use-cases (Chatbots, copilots, automation, analytics)- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders- Negotiation and closing ability- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability- Experience in Management Consultancy or Blockchain industry is a plusWhat Will Make You Successful in This Role:- Ability to ask the right business questions (not just pitch services)- Comfort discussing AI use-cases with decision makers- Ownership of pipeline and closures- Consistent outbound effort and relationship buildingWhy Join Antier?- Work on cutting-edge AI and emerging technologies- Exposure to global clients and funded startups- High-ownership role with fast career growth- Opportunity to build and scale a new business vertical (ref:updazz.com)
