The company is dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology services and creating impactful digital experiences for its clients.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead / Manager specializing in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, leading the sales team, delivering training to team members when needed, and developing strategies to achieve business goals. The candidate will also be expected to identify new opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales practices.Qualifications:- 4-10 years of experience in cloud sales- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships- Proven experience in Sales, including identifying opportunities and closing deals effectively for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team towards achieving targets- Experience in offering Training and support to teams for skill enhancement and professional growth- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or product knowledge are a plus- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and organizational skillsKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients.- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.- Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and product positioning.- Help prepare presentations and reports for prospective clients.- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.Marketing & Growth Contribution:- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns, webinars and promotional activities.- Support digital marketing, lead generation, and branding initiatives.- Analyze campaign performance and optimize lead conversion.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner programs.What we offer:- Competitive salary commission structure- Career growth opportunities- Performance bonuses- Training and certification support (ref:updazz.com)
