This is a core field sales role where you will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospects face-to-face, and closing impactful deals.You will own the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and closure - while building long-term partnerships with customers.Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily field visits to identify, prospect, and acquire new clients.- Proactively generate leads and pursue fresh business opportunities with a hunter approach.- Engage with decision-makers to understand their challenges and recommend tailored solutions.- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and client presentations. -Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals effectively.- - Maintain accurate sales records, revenue tracking, and reporting.- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.Requirements- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for exceeding sales targets.- Proven consultative selling skills - ability to listen, diagnose needs, and present value-based solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a field-based sales role.- Ability to design and execute business development strategies.- Willingness to work 6 days a week with extensive client-facing activities.What We Offer- High-growth opportunity in a fast-scaling tech-driven organization- Performance-driven culture with attractive incentive structure- Exposure to decision-makers and leadership opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
