Operating primarily in the industrial sector, we help businesses reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs through innovative and sustainable solutions.Role Overview:- As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the industrial sector in and around Greater Noida.
-This role involves a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills.
-You will work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
-Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and promoting the adoption of renewable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and qualify new sales leads within the industrial sector through market research, networking, and cold calling.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to understand their energy needs and challenges.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our renewable energy solutions.- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and budget constraints.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and sales materials to support business development efforts.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in the industrial sector.- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, particularly solar power systems, and their applications in industrial settings.- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Business Administration with a strong technical aptitude.- Experience in Techno Commercial role.- Experience in Industrial Sales.- Experience in Renewable Energy Project Management.- Experience in Energy Product Sales.- Experience in Consulting - Energy Sector.- Experience in Utilities.- Experience in Solar Product Sales.
