Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of office chairs and modular office furniture across corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, corporates, dealers, and channel partners.- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings effectively.- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in alignment with company targets.- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure and post-sales coordination.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business strategy.- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.Requirements :- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the office furniture / modular furniture / interior products industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling B2B or project sales.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
