About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales to drive enterprise business growth through strong channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales and channel management, with a proven ability to build partner ecosystems and expand enterprise revenue streams.Preferred Candidate Profile- Graduate (MBA preferred) - Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales - Proven expertise in Channel Sales Management - Strong understanding of channel strategies & partner lifecycle management - Experience handling enterprise clients & complex sales cycles - Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills - Strategic, market-aware & target-driven professionalKey Responsibilities- Identify, recruit & onboard new channel partners to expand Enterprise Business - Develop & execute structured channel partner programs for performance & engagement - Build strong relationships with enterprise customers & align solutions to business needs - Drive revenue growth via upselling & cross-selling through partners - Act as key contact for partners & customers ensuring seamless service delivery - Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue & profitability - Monitor market trends & competitor activities to provide actionable insights - Collaborate with Product, Marketing & Operations teams for smooth executionCore Competencies- Channel Development & Partner Management - Enterprise B2B Sales - Strategic Account Planning - Revenue Growth & Target Achievement - Negotiation & Deal Closure - Relationship Management - Market & Competitive AnalysisIf you are a seasoned channel sales professional ready to scale enterprise growth, we would love to connect!
