Job description:CRM Management- Manage and maintain the CRM application for all real estate projects- Ensure 100% lead capturing from all sources (walk-ins, portals, digital campaigns, channel partners)- Assign leads to Pre-Sales executives and track response time- Monitor lead stages: New Lead - Follow-up - Site Visit - Booking - Closure- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and regular updates in CRM- Coordinate with IT/vendor for CRM enhancements and issue resolutionPre-Sales Team Support- Coordinate daily activities of the Pre-Sales team- Track follow-ups, site visit scheduling, and customer feedback- Monitor performance metrics of Pre-Sales executives- Ensure timely calling, WhatsApp/email communication, and reminders- Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teamsMIS & Reporting- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reportsReports to include:- Lead inflow source-wise- Calling & follow-up status- Site visits scheduled & completed- Bookings, conversions & drop-offs- Share dashboards with management and sales leadership- Analyze trends and highlight gaps in lead handling or conversionsCoordination & Compliance- Coordinate with Sales team for booking updates- Support marketing team with lead quality feedback- Maintain customer records and documentation- Ensure process compliance and SOP adherenceSkills & Requirements- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (real estate CRM preferred)- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)- Good understanding of real estate sales cycle- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills- Attention to detail and data accuracy- Ability to work under targets and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications- Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Operations preferred)- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Consulting (ref:updazz.com)
