The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and building relationships with interior designers, architects, and builders.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day retail store operations- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities- Meet interior designers, architects, builders, and channel partners- Visit customer sites for measurements and furniture placement consultations- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals- Oversee retail loss prevention and inventory control- Maintain store discipline, presentation standards, and reporting- Lead and supervise store staff effectivelyRequired Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 5 years of retail experience (Furniture or related industry )- Strong customer service and communication skills (Hindi & English)- Experience in store management and retail loss prevention- Good understanding of retail sales principles and presentation techniques- Knowledge of furniture placement planning and client demonstrations- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
