We have the urgent job opening with our client UAE Based MNC into Facility Management Position: Regional Manager Sales Job Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli East) Presence: Middle East/ Dubai / Europe Specialties: Integrated Facilities Management, Banking Solutions, Integrated Workplace Solutions, Technical Services, Specialized Engineering Services, Cleaning & Housekeeping, Fit-out, and Project Management - Position Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Manager - Sales (Commercial Bids) with a proven track record in the Facility Management industry.- This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading commercial bid activities, and managing end-to-end sales processes for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) across the West Region.
-The ideal candidate should have strong client network knowledge in the region, a deep understanding of FM commercial structures, and the ability to develop tailored, high-quality proposals that support business expansion and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Sales & Business Growth : - Drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the West Region.
-Support business strategy formulation and execute initiatives to grow and transform the FM segment.
-Prepare deal-specific P&L; ensure commercial profitability and contract viability.
-Contribute to both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (margin) enhancement. Commercial Bid & Proposal Management : - Lead the development of detailed and persuasive commercial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
-Prepare pricing models and cost structures based on benchmarking and operational inputs.
-Draft, review, and finalize Scope of Work (SOW), pricing terms, SLA, KPI metrics, and perform contract risk assessments.
-Ensure timely submission of all bid documents with complete adherence to client specifications. Client Engagement & Relationship Management : - Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and decision-makers across the West Region.
-Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, tailor solutions, and deliver value-based proposals.
-Represent the company during client discussions, negotiations, and commercial meetings. Cross-functional Collaboration : - Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and procurement teams for accurate and competitive bid responses.
-Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer and coordination during project handover, mobilization, and transition stages post-award. Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement : - Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and client feedback to improve commercial effectiveness.
-Keep up to date with industry innovations, compliance regulations, and service delivery trends in FM.
