Category Manager - D2C/eCommerce (3-6 Yrs) Delhi (Online/Digital Marketing)

The RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Category Manager to lead our Women s Body Care portfolio. You will be the CEO of your category, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle-from product development and inventory planning to marketing strategy and P&L management across our D2C website and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).Key Responsibilities- Define the short-term and long-term vision for the Body Care category.- Conduct market research to identify white spaces, emerging trends in feminine care, and competitor moves.- Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) for the category, ensuring top-line growth and healthy bottom-line margins.- Collaborate with the R&D and Supply Chain teams to launch innovative products that solve specific consumer pain points.- Manage the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for new launches, ensuring 360-degree visibility.- Forecast demand accurately to maintain optimum stock levels (avoiding both stock-outs and overstocking).- Work closely with the sourcing team to optimize COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and improve gross margins.- Design and execute promotional calendars, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.- Analyze performance metrics (AOV, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROAS) to pivot strategies in real-time.- Optimize product listings (Cataloging, A content, SEO) to improve organic findability.- Deep-dive into customer reviews and NPS data to improve existing product formulations or packaging.- Stay ahead of the curve on ingredients (e.g., AHAs, Kojic Acid, Ceramides) relevant to women s body care.What We re Looking For- 3-6 years in Category Management, preferably in Beauty/Personal Care (BPC) or D2C ecosystems.- You live in Excel/Google Sheets and can turn raw data into actionable growth hacks.- Ownership: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.- Familiarity with the Indian e-commerce landscape (Amazon, Nykaa, Zepto/Blinkit) is essential.
