Role Summary:A Telemarketing Manager in a PhD assistance company manages the telecalling team, ensures lead follow-ups, and supports enrolment of PhD scholars for research services.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise telecallers handling PhD assistance enquiries and leads.- Assign daily calling targets and track follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
