Job Description - Technical Content Writer Location: Jaipur Experience: 2 Years About the Role:We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with a strong marketing mindset who understands SaaS-based products and can create content that not only explains the product but also drives awareness, adoption, and conversions. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology. You will play a key role in shaping how the product is communicated across marketing channels, while ensuring technical accuracy and clarity. Key Responsibilities - Create marketing-led technical content such as product pages, feature explainers, blogs, case studies, and whitepapers - Write and maintain product documentation including onboarding guides, FAQs, help articles, and release notes - Translate complex SaaS features into value-driven narratives for business and non-technical audiences - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align messaging with product capabilities - Support demand generation through SEO blogs, landing pages, email content, and sales collateral - Develop content for product launches, feature announcements, and go-to-market initiatives - Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all content - Analyze content performance and continuously improve based on engagement and conversion metrics Requirements:- 2 years of experience in Technical Content Writing with a strong focus on marketing content - Proven experience writing for SaaS or B2B tech products - Ability to understand product workflows, dashboards, APIs, or system logic and convert them into marketing-friendly content - Strong storytelling skills with a clear understanding of customer pain points and buyer journeys - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Working knowledge of SEO, content funnels, and conversion-focused writing - Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams About Concret.io: Founded in 2014 by Abhinav Gupta and Anjana Gupta, Concret.io thrives on innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
