Urgent Hiring for a leading MNC CompanyKey Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.- Manage and oversee daily customer service operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to service standards.- Handle escalations and complex queries with a problem-solving and customer-centric approach.- Monitor and report on key customer service metrics (TAT, customer satisfaction, complaint resolution rate, etc.).- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, technical, etc.) to ensure timely and effective service delivery.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.- Support and mentor team members to ensure consistent performance and professional development (for Assistant Manager level).- Participate in regular business reviews and provide insights on customer feedback and service trends.Notice Period- Immediate Joiners (ref:updazz.com)
