Job Description
Role Overview:As a Senior Business Development Executive at Richi Interiors, based in Vijayawada, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. This role involves working closely with the design and execution teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully, ultimately contributing to the company s overall success and reputation.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in and around Vijayawada region to expand Richi Interiors client base and market share.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Manage key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met effectively.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive methods to build a robust sales pipeline.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase Richi Interiors capabilities and value proposition.- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.- Proven track record in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.- Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills.- Strong lead generation and sales closing abilities.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to understand and articulate complex design and execution concepts.- Strong understanding of the interior products industry and market trends.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 8-12 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
