This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep market understanding to drive channel and project sales growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities :Sales & Business Development :- Drive branch sales targets across Channel Sales and Project Sales- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, architect, builder, and contractor networks- Identify new business opportunities, key projects, and strategic partnerships- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategiesBranch Operations & P&L :- Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control- Ensure smooth functioning of sales, logistics, inventory, and billingImplement company policies, SOPs, and compliance standardsTeam Leadership & People Management :- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales, operations, and support teams- Set KPIs, review performance, and conduct regular training & reviews- Build a high-performance, target-oriented team cultureRelationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, architects, builders, and influencers- Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure high satisfactionReporting & Strategy- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management- Execute regional and corporate sales strategies at branch level- Support new product launches and promotional activitiesDesired Candidate Profile- 10-18 years of experience in B2B sales / branch management- Strong exposure to channel sales project sales- Proven experience in team handling, P&L management, and business growth- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills- Experience in building materials, lighting, sanitaryware, ceramics, home automation, or allied industries preferred (ref:updazz.com)
