Role: Ads Copywriter Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2-5 Years About the Role We re looking for a creative Ads Copywriter who knows how to stop the scroll, spark curiosity, and turn clicks into conversions. If you live and breathe performance marketing and love writing words that sell, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn & more.
-Research markets, competitors & audiences to craft relevant messaging.
-Create scroll-stopping headlines, hooks & CTAs.
-Collaborate with performance marketers, designers & editors for impactful campaigns.
-Build A/B testing frameworks & optimise for conversions.
-Analyse campaign data & refine copy to improve ROI.
-Maintain brand voice while driving performance.
-Stay updated on platform trends, policies & consumer behaviour. Preferred Skills : - Strong grasp of consumer psychology, storytelling & purchase triggers.
-Knowledge of CRO principles & SEO basics for ad copy.
-Quick at crafting hooks & scroll-stopping headlines.
-Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimisation & analytics.
-Exposure to DTC/e-commerce/personal care brands (a plus).
