Statutory Compliance: Assure prompt and precise computation, deduction, and submission of statutory obligations, including income tax (TDS), professional tax, PF (Provident Fund), and ESI. Tax Management: Keep track of employee investment statements, confirm documentation, and calculate precise Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) in accordance with current tax laws. Ensuring smooth fund transfers to employee accounts requires coordination with the finance department and the preparation of bank transfer files.
