Position: Agency Business Partner (ABP)Channel: AgencyIndustry: Life InsuranceRole Summary:The Agency Business Partner is responsible for building and managing a team of insurance advisors and generating business through them to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit potential insurance advisors.- Train and guide advisors on products and sales techniques.- Motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.- Support advisors in lead generation and policy closures.- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback.- Ensure proper documentation and compliance.Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate in any stream.- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.- Good communication and team handling skills.- Local market knowledge preferred.
