Support for PLCs and Automation: Diagnose and adjust PLC programs and HMI settings to fix logical problems or maximize machine cycles. Power Distribution Management: To guarantee effective power distribution, supervise the upkeep of transformers, capacitors, and high and low tension panels. VFD & Servo Drive Calibration: To guarantee accurate motor speed and position control, configure and adjust servo drives and variable frequency drives. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: To find hotspots before they cause a fire or failure, regularly perform thermal imaging of electrical joints and panels. Statutory Compliance: Verify that the establishment complies with all electrical safety regulations and work with government inspectors to arrange for earth-pit testing and electrical license renewals. Focus Skills: Technical literacy ability to read and comprehend intricate electrical schematics and single-line diagrams (SLD). Automation Proficiency: Practical knowledge of well-known brands such as Mitsubishi (PLCs/VFDs), Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Schneider. Measurement Mastery: Proficiency with clamp meters, multimeters, Megger insulation testers, and earth testers.
