Experience: 5-8 YearsLocation: Chandigarh (Work from Office - 5 Days)Shift: PST (US Shift)Industry: US-Based Financial SaaS Product CompanyJob Summary:We are hiring a Customer Success Manager for a US-based Financial SaaS Product Company. This role requires strong experience in handling US Enterprise Clients, driving product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and contributing to account growth.The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a US shift environment and a strong background in SaaS Product / IT Sales ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture relationships with US enterprise customers- Drive product adoption, usage, and long-term customer success- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts- Understand client business goals and align product capabilities accordingly- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams- Proactively resolve client concerns and escalate when necessary- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with clients- Monitor customer health metrics and ensure engagementMandatory Requirements :- 5-8 years of overall experience in Customer Success / Account Management- Minimum 4 years managing US Enterprise Customers- Prior experience working in PST / US Shift- Strong experience in SaaS Product / IT Sales environment- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in Financial / FinTech domain (Added Advantage)- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms- Exposure to CRM systems and customer lifecycle management toolsDesired Candidate Profile:- Strong ownership mindset- Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment- Data-driven and customer-centric approach- High accountability and professional communication skillsWhy Join?- Work with a US-based Financial SaaS Product Company- Exposure to enterprise-level clients -High-impact customer-facing role- Strong growth opportunities- Competitive compensation- Stable long-term career opportunity Interested candidates can share their updated CV Contact: 91-7888577467 (ref:updazz.com)
