This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and maximize business opportunities. Your leadership will directly impact the company s market share and overall success in the competitive talent solutions landscape.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets within assigned verticals.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Foundit s market presence and acquire new clients.- Manage and nurture relationships with key institutional clients, BFSI clients, and IT clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and productivity.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and product enhancements.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.- Proven track record of success in Institutional Sales, BFSI Sales, or IT Sales.- Strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and online recruitment solutions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Experience: 3 - 10 years (ref:updazz.com)
