Key Responsibilities:- Build & execute the Marketing Calendar for CP onboarding and activations.- Manage CP-based lead generation, track activity performance, and ensure timely reporting.- Drive high-impact on-ground activations: footfalls, customer engagement & lead quality.- Onboard, engage, and strengthen Channel Partner relationships to boost business contribution.- Conduct daily market visits and ensure strong execution quality across regions.- Innovate on engagement ideas to improve CP productivity and brand visibility.Desired Candidate Profile:- Experience: 3-5 years in channel marketing, CP acquisition, trade/field marketing.- Education: Graduate MBA/PGDM (Marketing preferred).Skills:- Strong negotiation & deal closure skills- Lead generation through CPs- Excellent communication & relationship-building- Performance-driven & ready for extensive travel- Profile will demand for Extensive Travel (3 weeks in Bangalore and 1 week in Hyderabad)- Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler- Languages: Kannada Telugu (ref:updazz.com)
