School Tie-ups & Meetingsa) Conduct regular meetings with School Coordinators, Principals, and Management to explore academic and business collaboration opportunities.b) Present Scholars Academy programs and value propositions effectively.2. BTL Marketing Activitiesa) Plan and execute BTL activities such as seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, Olympiads, scholarship tests, roadshows, and school events.b) Ensure brand visibility and student engagement at the ground level.3. ATL Marketing Supporta) Coordinate ATL campaigns (print, outdoor, digital, radio where applicable) in alignment with national branding strategies.4. Franchise Support (Pan India)a) Provide marketing and operational support to pan-India franchises for school outreach and local promotions.b) Ensure brand guidelines and marketing SOPs are followed uniformly.5. Lead Generation & Sales Supporta) Generate and qualify leads for JEE Main & Advanced, NEET, CUET, and Foundation Courses.b) Coordinate with the sales team to convert school and student leads into enrollments.6.
