This role will be responsible for developing brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving awareness, engagement, and differentiation in the competitive higher-education landscape.The ideal candidate blends brand strategy, storytelling, digital expertise, and performance-driven marketing to build a distinctive and compelling brand narrative.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with TETR s vision and growth objectives.- Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, geographies, and communication platforms.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen brand differentiation.Brand Identity & Communication:- Own brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling standards.- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain cohesive brand execution.- Lead brand campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.- Shape brand narratives that resonate with prospective students, parents, partners, and stakeholders.Marketing & Campaign Management:- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels.- Work closely with performance marketing to align brand-building with growth targets.- Manage brand launches, events, partnerships, and experiential activations.Content & Thought Leadership:- Drive strategic storytelling across web, social media, video, and editorial content.- Position TETR as a thought leader in modern business education through high-quality brand content.- Collaborate with faculty, students, and leadership to amplify authentic brand stories.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Partner with admissions, partnerships, and academic teams to align brand messaging with institutional goals.- Manage relationships with agencies, creative partners, and external vendors.- Act as the internal brand guardian across teams.Analytics & Optimization:- Track brand health metrics, awareness, engagement, and perception.- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize brand strategy based on insights.- Monitor industry trends and emerging brand opportunities.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or related field.- 5-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles.- Experience in education, startup environments, or high-growth brands is a strong advantage.- Proven ability to build and scale brands through strategic storytelling and integrated campaigns.- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and brand analytics.Key Skills:- Brand strategy & positioning- Creative direction and storytelling- Integrated marketing campaigns- Content strategy- Data-driven decision-making- Stakeholder management- Project management (ref:updazz.com)
