This role involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their business needs and presenting compelling solutions that address their challenges.- The IT Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer engagement and successful project delivery. This role directly impacts the company s revenue targets and contributes to building long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients business requirements and technical specifications.- Develop and present customized IT solutions proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Emazing Ideas.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management on a regular basis.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Emazing Ideas solutions.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the IT solutions space.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and cloud technologies.- Ability to effectively manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
