You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, operations, and production, to translate client visions into flawlessly executed events. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and proactively manage expectations will be crucial in driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. This role directly impacts client retention and the overall success of Event Sculptors by ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding client expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience to develop comprehensive event briefs that align with their strategic goals.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative event concepts, detailed proposals, and accurate budgets that meet client requirements.- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, logistics management, and on-site supervision, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or challenges during the event planning process, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal outcomes for the client.- Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, providing updates on event planning milestones, budget adherence, and key performance indicators.- Gather client feedback post-event to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen future partnerships.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, build rapport, and resolve conflicts professionally.- Proven expertise in event planning and execution, encompassing all aspects from concept development to on-site management.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling clear and persuasive interaction with clients and vendors.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.- In-depth knowledge of event industry trends, best practices, and vendor landscape.Whatsapp Resume : 91 8369401406 (ref:updazz.com)
