Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)Company: Leading Stationery BrandIndustry: StationeryLocation: Delhi NCR RegionExperience: Minimum 6 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a performance-driven Area Sales Manager for the Stationery division. The role involves managing sales operations, driving institutional sales, and strengthening channel development to accelerate business growth and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for expanding business in schools, educational institutions, and key accounts across the Delhi NCR region.Roles & Responsibilities:- Drive institutional sales with a strong focus on schools, colleges, and educational institutions across the assigned territory.- Develop and expand business with schools and institutional partners to increase market penetration.- Manage the distributor network and ensure effective market coverage, visibility, and product availability.- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed business goals.- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to deliver optimal performance.- Implement trade marketing initiatives and support new product launches.- Track competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence.- Ensure timely reporting, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders and channel partners.Requirements:- Graduate / MBA preferred.- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in stationery, FMCG, or educational products.- Proven experience in institutional sales and school sales will be highly preferred.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.- Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region.
