Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven Business Development Executive who can generate and convert B2B leads using LinkedIn as the primary acquisition channel. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building with decision-makers, and converting qualified opportunities into clients. This position requires strong communication skills, consistency in outreach, and the ability to manage the complete lead lifecycle from prospecting to closure.Key Responsibilities- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn using Sales Navigator, organic outreach, and direct messaging.- Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence and personal brand aligned with business goals.- Identify and connect with founders, business owners, decision-makers, and CXO-level professionals.- Plan and execute structured outreach campaigns (connection requests, pitch messages, follow-ups).- Qualify both inbound and outbound prospects based on business requirements.- Schedule discovery calls and coordinate meetings with potential clients.- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and support the closure process.- Maintain and update CRM/lead tracker with accurate prospect information and activity history.- Share weekly performance reports covering outreach, responses, meetings, and conversions.- Collaborate with internal teams (operations/recruitment/account management) to ensure smooth onboarding and deal execution.- Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy to improve conversion rates.Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation and outreach campaigns.- Active and professional LinkedIn profile with consistent engagement and networking.- Strong written communication skills for professional messaging and follow-ups.- Ability to independently prospect, nurture, and close deals.- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.Age below 30 years.Key Skills- LinkedIn Sales Navigator- Lead generation & prospecting- B2B client acquisition- Outreach and follow-up strategy- Negotiation & deal closing- CRM management- Relationship building- Communication & persuasion- Performance Metrics- Number of connections and outreach per week- Qualified leads generated- Meetings scheduled- Conversion to clients- Revenue contributionWhat We re Looking ForA proactive professional who enjoys networking, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and closing business opportunities.
