Job Description
Responsibilities :- Acquire Preferred Clients (Affluent & Super Affluent)- Acquire Preferred clients (Affluent & Super Affluent segment)- Track the Affluent & Super Affluent client segment in the market for new client acquisition- Generate & Manage AUM- Generate AUM from Preferred clients across:- Mutual Funds- PMS- Structured Products- Manage and grow investment portfolios with minimum client investment size of - 1 Cr and above- Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management- Advise Affluent & Super Affluent clients on investments- Manage overall financial portfolio of clients- Deepen wallet share from existing clients- Expertise in financial planning, investment advisory, and asset allocation- Client Relationship Management- Maintain client relationships- Strong relationship management skills with HNI / Ultra-HNI clients- Strong understanding of client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling of wealth products- Customer Satisfaction focus- Market & Product KnowledgeIn-depth knowledge of :- Financial markets- Mutual funds- Structured products- Bonds- PMS- Alternate investment products- Adept at portfolio evaluation tools and investment analytics- Proficiency in CRM and wealth management platforms for client tracking and portfolio analysis- Compliance & Regulatory Understanding- Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks:- SEBI- RBI- AMFIQualifications:- Graduate preferred- 8-9 years overall experience- 6-7 years relevant experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking- Proven experience of 5-8 years in Wealth Management or Private Banking- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow investment portfolios with minimum client investment size of - 1 Cr and above- Consistent career stability with minimum tenure of 3-4 years in both current and previous organizations- Strong relationship management skills with HNI / Ultra-HNI clients- Expertise in financial planning, investment advisory, and asset allocation- Strong understanding of client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling of wealth products- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, mutual funds, structured products, bonds, PMS, and alternate investment products- Proficiency in CRM and wealth management platforms for client tracking and portfolio analysis- Adept at portfolio evaluation tools and investment analytics- Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (SEBI, RBI, AMFI) (ref:updazz.com)
