Job Description
Responsibilities: The major responsibilities of the job are 1) Generating Leads through cold calling and potential existing client visits 2) Ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets are achieved. 3) Attending to leads assigned through Sales Head or other team members. 4) Create and maintain lead sheet, BIP sheets, Lost records 5) Follow up and recovery of outstanding amounts for pending payments from clients 6) Type and share emails on behalf of the company management 7) Schedule meetings for the management with Key accounts and regular clients. 8) Act as first point of contact for incoming calls from Key accounts and regular clients 9) Manage and ensure schedule of dispatches of material as per specified SOP to their own and assigned clients. 10) Dispatching sales process related material and documents via carriers/transporters 11) Data recording and data research for clients, transporters, other brands offering services similar to our brand/company 12) Following up on active leads, sending reminder to sales team for active leads, pending leads, cold leads and lost clients. 13) Responding to clients or leads on lead generation platforms 14) Sending introductory emails to clients/leads 15) Maintaining, editing, adding and matching physical and system stock. 16) Informing management whenever there is a mismatch between physical and system stock 17) Receiving material on behalf of the company at the office locations or Site 18) Coordinating with accounts for material coming in and going out 19) Ensuring Ledger matching between Company and the Sales representative s key accounts 20) Creating and Sharing a dashboard of completed sales, market feedback, sales strategy and sales intelligence with immediate reporting and management (ref:updazz.com)
