Manager - D2C Commerce (2-4 Yrs) Bangalore (Sales Management)

We re looking for a D2C Commerce Manager to own and scale our direct-to-consumer channels - our own D2C website and our Urban Ladder partnershipThis is a high-ownership, cross-functional role. You ll work at the intersection of commerce, operations, and customer experience - coordinating with Tech, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive growth. If you re a scrappy problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to build something from the ground up - this is for you.What You ll Do: Channel Ownership: - Own end-to-end performance of our D2C website and Urban Ladder channel (online offline) - Drive revenue growth while optimizing customer acquisition costs - Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across channels - Monitor and improve channel health metrics - conversion rates, average order value, return ratesOperations & Execution:- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability and fulfillment SLAs - Work with Tech/Product teams on website improvements, checkout optimization, and new feature rollouts - Manage the Urban Ladder relationship - retail activations and experience managementCustomer Experience: - Own CSAT and ratings as core metrics - identify pain points and drive improvements - Coordinate with CX teams to resolve escalations and improve post-purchase experience - Implement feedback loops to inform product and process improvementsCross-functional Coordination: - Partner with Marketing on campaigns, offers, and performance marketing integration - Work with Finance on pricing decisions, margin analysis, and forecasting - Provide regular reporting to leadership on channel performance and growth initiativesWhat We re Looking For: Experience:- 2-4 years in e-commerce, D2C, marketplace management, or related roles - Experience working with online marketplaces or retail partnerships is a plus - Consumer electronics or consumer durables experience preferred but not required (ref:updazz.com)
