-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Monitor and control portfolio quality, delinquency, and NPAs.
-Lead, train, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance standards.
-Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
-Strengthen sourcing channels and develop new business opportunities.
-Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
