The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Team Leadership, with a strong understanding of the bullion and coins market. This role involves driving sales growth, expanding regional presence, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve revenue and market share targets.Key Responsibilities :Business Development & Sales Growth :Drive regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bullion and coins segment.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and institutional clients.Team Leadership & Performance Management :- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver consistent results.- Monitor team performance, provide training and guidance, and ensure adherence to sales processes.- Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture across the region.Market Expansion & Strategy :- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to design effective go-to-market strategies.- Implement initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and regional market share.- Collaborate with central business and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution.Operational Excellence & Reporting :- Ensure efficient execution of sales operations and adherence to company policies.- Track key performance metrics and provide regular MIS reports to management.- Drive process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.Required Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in bullion, coins, or financial products.- Proven experience in team handling and achieving regional sales targets.- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.- Based in Delhi, with flexibility for regional travel.Preferred Experience- Prior experience in the bullion, jewellery, or financial services industry.- Exposure to channel sales, distribution management, and B2B/B2C sales.- Strong market network and understanding of precious metal dynamics.Role: Regional Sales Manager (B2B)Industry Type: Gems & JewelleryDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Enterprise & B2B Sales (ref:updazz.com)
