Area Sales Manager - Pharma/Healthcare (3-10 Yrs) Ranchi (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager for Ranchi to drive sales of our derma and cosmetology products to healthcare professionals (HCPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology or cosmetology sales and proven experience in managing and growing territory revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Ranchi.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
-Conduct regular visits and product demonstrations to HCPs to drive adoption and sales growth.
-Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
-Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities. Key Requirements: - 3-10 years of experience in derma or cosmetology sales, preferably selling to HCPs.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a defined territory.
-Strong knowledge of dermatology/cosmetology products and market dynamics.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage a team, if applicable.
-Willingness to travel within Ranchi for client meetings and events. Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
