You will work closely with the marketing and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets and enhance the overall student experience. This role directly impacts the company s growth by contributing to increased student enrollment and positive brand perception.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel prospective students and their parents on career options, program details, admission requirements, and financial aid opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making.- Manage and nurture leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, to convert them into successful enrollments.- Conduct presentations and participate in educational fairs and events to promote iNurture s programs and build brand awareness.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system to track progress and ensure effective follow-up.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.- Provide feedback to the academic team on student needs and market trends to ensure program relevance and competitiveness.- Assist in the preparation of admission reports and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize the admission process.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to effectively counsel and guide students on career paths and educational opportunities.- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in the education sector through effective communication and persuasion skills.- Strong understanding of the education industry and current market trends.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
