Job Description:We are looking for a result-driven Solar Consultant to support our Australian outbound calling process. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to initiate conversations with potential clients to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Drive online sales of solar and battery systems by engaging strategically with prospects through phone calls, emails, and live chats to deliver personalized energy solutions and achieve consistent sales targets.- Perform in-depth analysis of self-generated leads and implement data-driven sales strategies to maintain a high conversion rate through timely and targeted follow-ups.- Manage the complete rebate application lifecycle for Solar VIC, ensuring accurate documentation, submission, and proactive tracking for faster approval processes.- Re-engage dormant and aged leads through structured cold-calling campaigns, successfully converting inactive prospects into active clients.- Collect post-installation customer feedback and referrals, enhancing brand reputation, increasing customer retention, and supporting organic lead generation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of outbound calling or lead generation experience (preferably in international/Australian processes)- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a strong plusLocation and Work Mode:Noida Sector 8 - ON siteNOTE: 1 way cab is provided and 1 way cab is reimbursedReporting To : Business Development ManagerIndustry : Australian SolarSalary Range (CTC) : Upto 60,000 CTC per month,Fixed-Variable Split : Added IncentivesBudget Flexibility : YesEmployment Type : Full TimeNotice Period : Immediate Joiners to 15 days NoticeTotal Experience : 1 yearsRelevant Experience : 1 yearsIndustry Preference : Australian SolarEducation : Any graduateCertifications if any : NASpecial Requirements:Work timings : Australian Process (6 AM - 3 PM)Travel requirements : NOLanguages : English, HindiShift preferences : Australian (ref:updazz.com)
