Core Responsibilities :Social Media Strategy & Ownership :- Own and manage Goldenflitch Studios s organic presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Quora, and Reddit with consistent, culture-forward content.- Plan and execute platform-specific strategies and content calendars in collaboration with design and strategy teams.Copywriting & Storytelling :- Write kickass, high-impact copy for posts, threads, captions, and carousels across platforms.- Craft narratives around design, culture, client work, trends, and opinions-adapting tone natively for each platform.Engagement & Community Building :- Drive conversations through comments, DMs, threads, and community participation (including Quora & Reddit).- Design engagement-first strategies focused on recall and relevance, not vanity metrics.Personal Brand Building :- Build and scale personal brands for founders/leaders on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.- Position voices as thinkers and leaders through opinion-led, original storytelling.Trends, Collaboration & Experiments :- Spot trends early and experiment with formats, humor, memes, and storytelling angles.- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and strategists from ideation to publishing.Analytics, Growth & Amplification :- Track performance and turn insights into smarter content and organic growth.- Support paid amplification on Instagram and LinkedIn when required.Requirements :- 1 years managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and X with strong copywriting, analytics, and platform understanding.- Love for design, culture, experimentation, and having opinions.Add-On Skills :- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.- Strong sense of internet culture and memes (the good kind).What You ll Love at Goldenflitch- Creative, non-corporate culture with freedom to experiment.- Direct access to founders and space to grow your own voice.
