Account Executive - Customer Service (3-4 Yrs) Mumbai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for client- Would be POC to the client for daily deliverables/ execution.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in stated TAT.- Understand the client s goals, challenges, to provide tailored solution- Knowledge about Video editing software ,Graphics and copy writing is PlusOversee the execution of client deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time.Project Management :- Oversee the execution of client deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time.- Coordinate within internal teams/cross functional teams to meet client expectations.- Track project milestones and ensure regular status updates to the client.Problem-Solving- Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues that arises- Act as an advocate for the client internally to ensure their needs are prioritized.Collaboration with Internal Teams- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables.- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless execution.Market Research- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.Job RequirementEducation:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:- 2-4 years of experience in account management or client services.- Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts.Skills:- A highly motivated , optimistic individual with exceptional verbal and written.- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Communication Skills- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Knowledge about Video editing software ,Graphics and copy writing is Plus (ref:updazz.com)
